This is my radio, basically it hangs from the roof, it is attached to a retractable wire wich can b adjusted to a minimum height and can be easily pulled down to change ur seettings, volume/radio station etc, then will zip line back to ur minimum hieght. though after discussion with table it would be good for it to sit on a table as well. so can b unhooked from the zip line and placed other way up on the table. Thus sound being projected up.

I like the idea, but i think the position of the controls for the volume and tuning could be revised? Like instead of having the controls on the top, you could have them on the bottom or something, that way when it is hanging from the roof, the controls are facing the viewer, which will also be the case when it is turned upside down on a table. Apart from that its looking good

Hey Sammy, I like that the fact that you went with this original concept, I think you should maybe fine tune your design around a target market i.e trades people of residential aesthetics. also you might think of having a magnetic clip or extension so as to be less intrusive to its environment; With regards to drilling a hole in a wall to install some kind of hook etc.
