Hey guys, this is a new concept for my pen clicking transistor radio. Basically it relies on many of the same functional concepts, but I tried a new main speaker design and altered the form slightly for greater innovation and better grip. I think the organic form is ideal and means the speaker can be much bigger for better sound quality. I also decided to put my HD DAB display screen on the actual AM/FM band so that as you tune the screen also rotates around. I'm sticking with the original on/off clicking switch but now you can click away frantically without worrying about turning the radio off all the time. There are 3 station preference buttons which allows users to click to these stations, change them or just scan stations randomly. Lots of fun. There is also a headphone port for convenience and volume can now be increased or decreased by pulling or pushing parts of the radio.

Hey Jonathon thats a pretty good concept something different i like the clicky idea. The radio looks like it could be fun just one question what stops it from rolling over like does it have a flat bottom? Good luck with it Jamie.
Umm yeh the centrepart which tunes to AM or FM actually sits out a little bit more than the actual centre barrel, forming a triangular kind of support so you can sit it down if you want. But the device is mostly portable
