Radio Sauce Pan Handle

Here is my initial ideas of a Saucepan handle with a radio for the user to enjoy their cooking.

nice idea, i like the way you can disconnect the handle from the pan. the organic shape works well and looks like it would be comfortable to hold. the only thing i would say is have you thought about the transmission of heat into the handle. you could probably play around with the connection of the handle a little bit. you wouldn't want the electrics in the radio to over heat. maybe a gel/barrier in the tip of the handle to help prevent this. other then that i think it's a great idea. also you could include a temp gage to display the pans heat which will add a different degree to the product, giving it a different edge to other "kitchen" radios that may just sit on the bench. good luck.

Good idea, really different.
yeah really clever thought with the disconnecting handle, just wonderin is there a locking mechanism for the bottons, just so while cookin the channel/volume is not bumped as you go to pick it up again? good stuff

I really like this concept, very original, the whole idea that it can be removed, though will it be adaptable to various pan handles? Also heat may be an issue with the components in the actual device as if something was to melt could easily ruin the device. either way though very interesting idea.
