So the bottom concept is a radio that can be used outdoors and inside. Its speakers are positioned at the front, and are located more towards the inside of the radio to protect them from rain and stuff. The volume and tuner are controlled using touch sensitive slider bar things on the sides of the radio, and there is a display / bar that runs along the top of the radio that displays the station and volume. The radio also has a handle so it is easy to carry around. I have drawn the radio a bit to long, so just imagine it a bit shorter and thats what it supposed to be like.
The top concept is purely sculptural and doesnt really do much in terms of innovation or anything. Its just made to look nice and unique, but it does project sound in all directions unlike my other concept.

The top designs are very sculptural. I assume it was deliberately drawn to look somewhat like a tree?
The bottom one seems to look somewhat like a torch. Is it a portable radio? because I can't help but wonder how intuitive are the placement of the controls and the display.
