Extremely late post

Sorry my post is so late iv been extremely sick and pretty much in bed all of last week.

For my Measurement Project i have decided to explore how to maintain the correct level of hydration within ones body. Water is one of our most important resources and is important that hydration is maintained purely through water with some exceptions (electrolytes) rather than soft drink and juice. The product could also be considered in the sporting industry where athletes can benefit from quick and easy to read important information about their hydration levels, changing the way the prepare and regulate water intake before, during and after sport. This could also benefit tourists who have not experienced extremely hot and humid conditions, who are unaware that they lose a lot more water through sweat, making them aware that they are losing water fast, which in turn can have prevent fainting, nausea, headaches and dizziness.

What i am measuring is the percentage of water per unit of blood which can be derived from a number of tests. The target audience can potentially be athletes, tourists as well as outdoor people who enjoy bush walking ect, however it has the potential to be bought by the average joe due to its health benefits.
