Device

The device I've designed measures body rate (heart beat, pulse, temperature) to detect if attraction, Vibe, Truth.
As a single person going out to a club, bar, party or just out in general meeting someone can be quiet the challenge. Most single people going out in search to meet someone or hook up lack confidence or can be cautious because one doesn't know if they someone is attracted to you or feel the same way. Single people need the device to give them that little extra confidence, eliminate some of that guess work, get the ball rolling so you can move on to step two. Once you have picked something up on the radar, someone who seems like a possible candidate it is time to go talk to the person or dance with them. The device continues to guide you as you approach it can detect the loss of interest or the increase in interest. Once you take the leap of faith, conversation can be the next tricky step but with the device as your wing man you can determine weather the subject is still interested, if they are lying when you ask them if they are single nothing worse then the jealous boyfriend or girlfriend.
The belt concept been one of the ways my device could work.

hehe, i love this. very cool concept, might take some of the awkwardness out of a night on the town. One question in how it works though. If people are going to be using this whilst they are in the process of their mating dance, then wouldn't they need to be looking at it regularly in order to see if the prospective lioness is still interested??? And if it is a belt would it be a little awkward looking at your pants every 5min to check if she likes you and you like her.....(no pun intended)

i agree with ryan, maybe a less intrusive way of measuring attraction levels would be more practical.
im sure a fair few people would feel awkward knowing that their attraction to someone else was displayed for the world to see on that someone's belt.
maybe something more basic such as a hot/cold meter...?

(to ryan, isn't that what you do anyway haha... :D)

A camera may be too simple to measure heart beat and temperature?

This is obviously a tricky area for communication, as identified so eloquently by the comments above. You'll need to really work on a subtle yet informative way to communicate the data - and what form does it take? Yes/no, a scale, a new unit?
