Stress Device Final Model (Timber)

Hey guys. so this week i have the complete main structure of the device and also milled out the top section for the speaker in which i will be adding wire mesh to act as the speaker cover. there is a clear partline i have included but cutting the wood in have and then just adding a 1mm thick piece of plastic sheeting. still to be done is the grip in which i will be able to do at home along with the painting stages.

Nice shape Kieran... I can imagine it must have been difficult to carve out due to its non-symmetrical shape. I think the wired mesh idea is sweet and neat… go for it
good luck

Hey Kieran forgot to mention using MDF you will need to paint it with a undercoat to seal the timber 1st because doesn't matter how many coats of paint with the can it will just keep soaking into the wood and look dodgy. Jamie
