Model progress so far.

Ive constructed the sweep of the base and worked it with bog. doesnt look like much at the moment but after the hitting it with the bench sander the flat surfaces should start to look more like the finished product. The power module is the same as from the model forum but with slightly better surface finishes. the water module is still on is way since it requires mostly lathe work.

the master of bog.

i still cant believe that is held in place by cardboard. a very creative and cheap way of backing the first layer of bog. this method will most certainly come in handy later on in our careers. cool design. the dynamic curve is created really well and seems as if its at its painting stage. what colors were you planing to paint your final?

Yeah I agree with Phoebe... however its always hard to envisage the completed model through the bogging stage, but its coming along nicely.
