model progress

Hey All
I managed to find myself a foam mannequin head model at spotlight. I'm using that as a layup for my model. Still making the entire thing out of bog. It should work out alright. Can't think of any better way to do it. Using wire to stiffen the thing throughout. This way I can do the entire thing at home, won't need any workshop equipment

Maybe if you put something like a piece of a plastic bag or some fabric over your head you could cast it that way since manikin heads tend to be smaller than real life? otherwise layup your foam model and make a duplicate. if you stiffin with wire it limits your sanding ability since wire is very hard to sand, more than about half a centimeter of bog shouldnt need too much reinforcing anyway. hope it all works out for you.
