Shower.

Yo.

I was in the shower the other morning, trying to think of what i could
possibly measure?!?! All the while the water was running down the
drain minute after minute after minute until i realised i'd been
thinking for too long and had been wasting all this precious water!
And that's when it hit me... to design a device that measures the
amount of water we waste standing in the shower every morning in a
drought stricken country like Australia. We often get sidetracked
thinking of the many things involved in our busy day to day lives and
forget of to remember to keep our shower-times to a minimum. So a
device to remind us of how much water we are really wasting in the
shower is what i propose.
The specific value i am measuring is volume (litres of water, but can
also be related to time spent) but this can be easily converted into
my own scale/units to reflect the damage caused to the environment by
wasting water.
