the direction i am headed in for this new project is the measurement of happiness in a person at any given time, rather than my original idea of a "fun" calculator. I think the measurement of happiness at a certain point or "instantaneous" happiness is better than measuring overall happiness within a person.

I agree with you-the fact that measuring instantaneous happiness is better than measuring overall happiness within a person. However I believe it is worth exploring...It is good that you're thinking about the positive one-measuring happiness.
