this is my design for a "mind reading" remote control with facial recognition technology to recognize certain preset expressions which will be displayed on the lcd screen.

Hey adis, hadn't seen this concept tuntil now and it's a great one. I love the idea of facial expression recognition technology, is that proven to work though? In terms of the form I like that you have kept it simple, because its risky to play around with objects like remotes; due to ergonomic restrictions, but maybe you could play around with more organic forms. I'm a bit unsure whether peoples minds can be read solely based on their facial expressions when they are thinking about certain things. How can it distinguish between different people's expressive traits?
Anyways promising stuff and I'd definately buy one.

hey it looks great, just wondering how will the user interact with the device? is it ment to measure a person with out them realizing? in this case maybe you should experiment with the size and maybe make it less obvious. i get the inpression that you need to hold this device when you use it, i might be wrong. good stuff.
