this is my model in progress, the dig out part and the curcular shape will glow different colours according to the emotion detected , also a little emoticon will appear aswell eg hapiness = laughter sadness = crying face.

my tip is that when you are cutting blur foam with a knife make shure it is quite sharp eg scalpel and try to carfully slice the foam rather than sawing it so it doesnt catch and rip the foam.
