well heres my foam model, still looking very like a big block of foam. The workshop was closed on Friday, really handy, i didnt want to chance damaging my foam by using the tools i had at home. SO all ive done is drawn out the lines i need to cut along when i get into the workshop. Ive left at least 2mm greater to sand off later.
