You probably cant tell from the photos but my revised concept is half the size of the original, other than that quite major change i have made the spikes a little less comical. They will blend more into the surface and become a more harmonious part of the design.
As you can see by the photos i have vac formed all the major sections of the product, both the angry and the calm variations. i am going to paint the bottom plates chrome and light the angry form from the inside. i hope i can get it all done before next week but i guess u guys will see soon.

very nice job on the vac forming and i think the inner light idea will really add to the model. however if the light could be triggered by the finger going into the hole it might just give a slightly more realistic impression of the product... but solid work dude.
