I’ve made this model a little smaller…. 17% to be exact. I’ve added a line around the outside, it’s indented and a mid shade of silver grey.

To overcome the problem of the LCD screen been bent in two dimensions, (I found out that they can be bent in one dimension though!), I’ve chosen a flat LCD screen with resin over it so the light is transmitted to the outside face of the device. I’ve made the screen shorter so it only comes up just under half way up the device this is because I need it to be a concave lens and any higher would distort the image. I don’t think this will make visibility an issue because the LCD screen would be illuminated and also because the user would be concentrating as they read it.
