humo hero shot

Here is my hero shot for Humo. Its done totally in photoshop, i made the
radio to the dimensions of a photo i took of my model to get the size
right. Hope you like it.

Simply put: slick.

The rendering is quite well done, although it looks a little like its floating in the air despite the reflections.

I also like the way the background pattern is similar to the speaker grill.

Have you got the turning mechanism working yet?

Wow ryan uv really encompassed a great environmental feel with this shot. Dark shadows and subtle yet effective contrasting help to really underline the product's form. And I see you havnt forgotten about using heirarchy to promote your HUMO radio. Cylindrical theme works, but I reckon maybe contrasting your product's cylindrical form with rectangular shapes to provide even more contrast could have been cooler haha. Great work though and the design looks great.

hey champa... nice work on Humo, i like the subtlety of your design in the way it creates a quality and prestigious feel. Also the smoke theme is quite evident in the shot which obviously was a desired stylistic feature. ttys
