Here's my hero shot. I dont have any Photoshop skills (and i dont have Photoshop), so i tried taking a nice picture. I have also posted a similar shot i took of my first model, just to make the final model look better. The 4 supports still dont align perfectly, but thats the best i could do with my foam modeling skills. I have also reinforced them with wire.
Wow, a very good improvement upon your previous mock-up. Everything seems to be fairly symmetrical and in proportion...and smooth. Perhaps you could have centred the radio for the shot given it is a symmetrical object ( or nearly so...from your comments). I would really like to see some photos of the radio from near ground level looking up too. I think the diffracting element in the middle would look really cool from a lower angle. However the shot that you've posted is great for showing the product in its entirety (as well as all its functions and form).

as for the hero shot, even without photoshop, you could have placed your model against some background (ie. paper) and gave it a better lighting.
a standard three-point light consists of a key light, the light that as the name suggests defines the overall shadow and mood, a fill light, a soft light that fills in the shadows to bring out more details while not overthrowing the key light, and lastly the separation light, light that separates the object from its background by giving it a rim light (which requires a fair bit of control of the light and is a bit hard to do in at home, you might need to say cut a hole in a cardboard to generate a custom light shape).
of course this is not the only way to do it, i'm sure if you play around with whatever you can get your hands on around the house you can find a better solution.

IS IT JUST ME OR IS ANY 1 ELSE UNABLE TO POST THEIR HERO SHOT SINCE THIS 1???? i think iv send it like 4 times now and it hasn't updatedddddd!!!!
