Hopefully this one works... i ran the file through Adobe Reader and the highly advanced "Paint" to change the format instead of photoshop... so fingers crossed lol
damn....it is very nice i like how you put the radio in black it looks like an O2 product... well position between the background and the product even thought it is only black background but it shows the elegance of the product. great job Dom....
I'm also very impressed with your skills in illustrator. I think it was a good idea to keep the radio centered and use the white ribbon to really make it pop against the background. I also like that you thought about the product name and came up with an interesting way to design it.
The vector shapes look to be flaw-less and the choice of color for the product is pretty good. Strengths in my opinion are: the product illustration (excluding the background and logo), the addition of the ribbon streak, superb use of gradients on the product and finally the positioning of the object in the layout. Here are some tips that you might find useful: The contrast between the background and the foreground is what makes the product stand out (or jump out of the page) you ignored this, the white gradient (or the lighting effect) on the top left hand side and the gradient overlay of the product/company logo blend together on the top portion of the text creating an undesirable blurry effect, in Photoshop you can use reflected gradients to create the glossy finish (for thin glassy things like ipods) and it would help if you dropped a shadow to create a sense of depth specially after all the work on the ribbon. Hi Dom, Wow!! Really like the O2xygen!!-cool /fresh design logo.I like the overall presentation. The position of the radio is leading the viewer to see the big O2xygen logo. The color choice of orange is very nice.Orange=fresh
